Maintenance Operator

As a Maintenance Operator at REAZN Belgium, you ensure that the machines reach their performance level. You report any quality risks, deviations and technical interventions to your supervisor.

You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the equipment.
  • You solve defects yourself or report them to your supervisor.
  • You give technical support to your team when needed.
  • You make sure all installations meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • You handle mechanical and electrical breakdowns so production can run smoothly.
  • You help with installing new machines (checking feasibility, layout, settings, etc.).
  • You suggest improvements to maintenance procedures, work methods, technical sheets and monitoring tools.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a technical diploma in electromechanics and experience in industrial maintenance.
  • You work safely and follow all procedures for quality and environment.
  • You can solve technical problems and react quickly to breakdowns.
  • You manage stress effectively, even under pressure.
  • You demonstrate strong observation skills and attention to detail.
  • You understand industrial processes and how they interconnect.
  • You communicate instructions clearly and provide users with helpful advice.
  • You are a real team player and adapt easily to changes.
  • You are open to learning new skills and working with new technologies.
