Melting Furnace Operator

As a Melting Furnace Operator at REAZN Belgium, you will work in a modern and safe production environment where sustainability and innovation are important. Your job is to prepare and weigh raw materials correctly and make sure they are supplied to the furnaces on time. You follow clear work procedures and production schedules, always keeping safety and quality as your top priorities.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • You prepare and weigh the right amounts of materials and load them into the melting furnace.
  • You work according to the production schedule and keep the process running smoothly.
  • You follow clear instructions and procedures given by the shift leader.
  • You take part in improvement activities (such as 5S and problem-solving) when needed.
  • You keep your work area clean and safe at all times.
  • You operate equipment such as bulldozers, forklifts, or power tools when required.

What do we expect from you?

  • You work well both independently and as part of a team, and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • You have industrial experience, which is a plus.
  • You are comfortable using a wide range of hand tools. You also have basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and bulldozers.
  • You have forklift experience and hold the necessary certification/license.
  • You have an eye for detail and deliver precise, high-quality work.
  • You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
  • Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow all procedures.
