As Operator Automated Sorting at REAZN Belgium, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most unique foundry environments in Europe. With a pragmatic mind-set, we work with new and sustainable technologies to produce zinc alloys. The PCS department is very new and in full development. It includes very recent machines that sort different metals in three steps, with the aim of making a selection that can then be used for production.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • You operate the production machines (T1, G1 & R1).
  • You check and diagnose faults when there is a malfunction or alarm.
  • You manage and monitor the full production process (A–Z).
  • You code incoming and outgoing products correctly.
  • You carry out basic maintenance on the machines.
  • You know the products and their internal codes.
  • You clean the production area and keep it organised, following the 5S method.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a basic knowledge of non-ferrous metals, which is considered a plus.
  • You have forklift experience and hold the necessary certification/license.
  • Experience with a wheel loader and/or aerial work platform is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • You have attention to detail and deliver precise results.
  • You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
  • Working safely comes naturally to you, and you strictly follow procedures.
